This document outlines the costs you must pay for Transportation products from China to Thailand

1.  Import or Shipping Costs from China to Thailand

• The import charges are calculated based on the weight of the goods (in kilograms) or the size of the goods (in cubic meters).

2.  Domestic Shipping Costs in Thailand

• Delivery by VIPCARGO88 Warehouse Vehicles (High-roof pickup trucks):
  
  • For Bangkok and certain surrounding areas: A flat shipping fee of 500 THB per delivery includes unloading at the vehicle stop point but does not cover additional labor costs such as lifting to higher floors, using lifts, or navigating narrow alleys.
    
    
• Delivery by Private Courier or Express Service for Customers in Other Provinces:
  
  • A base shipping fee of 500 THB per delivery, with additional actual shipping costs calculated upon arrival at the destination.
    
    
• Delivery by Thai Postal Service EMS or FLASH EXPRESS:
  
  • A packaging fee of 50 THB, with shipping charges as per the actual rates of Thai Postal EMS or FLASH EXPRESS.
    
    
• Large Item Deliveries that VIPCARGO88 Warehouse Vehicles Cannot Accommodate:
  • Truck and crane services are available, and costs will be calculated based on actual expenses. Estimates can be provided before service agreement.
    
    
• Special Promotion!:
  • Free shipping by VIPCARGO88 warehouse vehicles within Bangkok and the surrounding areas for orders exceeding 5,000 THB per delivery cycle (for distances not exceeding 50 kilometers).

3. Other Expenses (if applicable)

• Costs for wooden crate packaging.
• Product inspection fees.
• Goods insurance fees.

Land Transport (by truck): Transit time 4 - 5 days

Sea Transport (by ship): Transit time 15 - 20 days

Pricing Unit: Thai Baht / CBM. Calculated based on actual space used, not fixed per cubic meter, with a minimum of 0.01 CBM.

Pricing Unit: Thai Baht / Kg. Calculated based on actual weight, to two decimal places.

Yiwu Warehouse

Land Transport (by truck): Transit time 5 - 7 days

Sea Transport (by ship): Transit time 20 - 25 days

Pricing Unit: Thai Baht / CBM. Calculated based on actual space used, not fixed per cubic meter, with a minimum of 0.01 CBM.

Pricing Unit: Thai Baht / Kg. Calculated based on actual weight, to two decimal places.

Note:

• The choice between using CBM or Kg rates depends on the greater of the product's dimensions or weight.
• The smallest unit for calculating shipping costs is 0.01 CBM per package (rounded to two decimal places: amounts over 0.5 are rounded up, and those below 0.49 are rounded down).
• Prices do not include a 7% value-added tax (VAT).
