Important Notice : All Customers Must Read and Understand Before Agreeing to Use Our Services
By agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined here, it is deemed that both parties, referred to as "vipcargo88" (the Carrier) and "the Customer," have understood and accepted them clearly. The use of any services provided by the Carrier constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions specified.
Terms and Conditions for Placing Orders
When customers utilize the Carrier's services to place orders for products, the Carrier acts solely as an intermediary in the purchasing process from Chinese vendors. The Carrier is not responsible for any vendor errors, including but not limited to incorrect products, damaged goods, items that do not match the order, shipments of the wrong size or color, incomplete deliveries, or failures to issue refunds. The Carrier's role is limited to monitoring and following up with the vendors only.
Terms and Conditions for Shipping
1. Customer Identification and Shipping Type
- It is mandatory to clearly specify the customer ID and type of shipping on both the shipping documentation and the product packaging when shipping goods to our warehouse in China.
- If the customer ID is not specified, the warehouse will refuse to accept the goods.
- If the type of shipping is not specified, the warehouse will determine the appropriate shipping method.
- Types of shipping to specify include:
Land transport (Express Container). : Specify with "陆运 - EK"
Sea transport (Slow Container). : Specify with "海运 - M"
If wooden framing is required. : Specify with "打木架" following the customer ID and shipping type
Example: Customer ID is AAA-BB, requires land transport and wooden framing, specify "AAA-BB / 陆运-EK / 打木架"
2. Delivery Timeframe
The delivery timeframe is an estimate and may vary. The Carrier does not guarantee against damages due to delays.
3. Retention of Goods:
The Carrier reserves the right to retain goods in transit until full payment of shipping fees and other expenses is received.
4. Prohibitions and Restrictions
- The Carrier does not transport any kind of illegal goods.
- If goods are seized or damaged upon arrival, the customer is responsible for all civil and criminal liabilities.
5. Inspection of Goods
The Carrier has the right to inspect the goods sent by the customer either before or after dispatch. Customers must consent to this inspection.
6. Refusal of Transportation
The Carrier reserves the right to refuse transportation if the goods could potentially damage equipment or pose a risk to people or property, or if they are prohibited or illegal.
Terms and Conditions for Calculating Import Fees, Domestic Shipping Costs in Thailand, and Other Charges
1. Goods Receipt at the Chinese Warehouse
Products delivered to our warehouse in China are billed on a per shipment basis.
2. Calculation of Import/Shipping Fees
Import and shipping costs are calculated based on whichever is greater, the size or the weight of the shipment. The Carrier will apply the higher of the two calculated values, either by weight (KG) or by volume (CMB), to determine the total import and shipping fees.
3. Billing for Import or Shipping Fees
All import calculations begin at a minimum of 0.01 cubic meters per package. For items smaller than 0.01 cubic meters, the Carrier reserves the right to charge based on a minimum of 0.01 cubic meters.
4. Pricing of Import/Shipping Costs
The quoted prices may be subject to change based on the actual size and weight of the goods shipped. Customers will be notified in advance before the goods are dispatched.
5. Domestic Shipping Costs in China
Should there be expenses related to transporting goods from Chinese stores to our warehouse, such as postal fees, intercity transportation costs, and expenses for collecting goods at distribution centers, customers are required to reimburse these expenses at the rates paid by the Carrier, according to the specified foreign exchange rates.
6. Costs for Additional Packing
If the existing packaging is insufficiently robust or unsuitable for the goods and transportation, necessitating repackaging or reinforcement, customers will incur charges at rates determined by the Carrier. The Carrier's liability for loss or damage to goods remains as per usual terms.
7. Domestic Shipping Costs in Thailand
If the total import/shipping costs from the Chinese warehouse to Thailand are less than 5,000 THB per shipment, the Carrier reserves the right to charge a flat fee of 500 THB for deliveries within Bangkok and certain nearby areas up to 50 kilometers from the Rangsit warehouse to the delivery point.
7.1 For delivery locations outside Bangkok and certain nearby areas, shipping costs will be calculated based on the distance.
7.2 Delivery to the customer will be made to the vehicle stop point. Any additional handling required, such as moving goods upstairs or into a warehouse, will incur extra charges, and customers must notify the Carrier in advance.
7.3 If a customer is unable to receive the goods at the scheduled delivery time, rescheduling will be necessary, and the customer will be charged an additional 500 THB per delivery, or actual costs incurred.
7.4 Customers must collect the goods within 3 days after being notified by the Carrier that the goods are ready for pickup. Beyond this period, a storage fee of 50 THB per day per package will be charged.
7.5 If goods are not collected for more than 90 days, the Carrier has the right to auction the goods and offset the proceeds against outstanding shipping costs, storage fees, and other expenses.
8. Payment of Import Fees, Domestic Shipping Costs in Thailand, and Other Charges
Customers must settle all import fees, domestic shipping costs in Thailand, and other charges with the Carrier prior to the scheduled shipment date, or on the day of goods collection if picking up directly at the Thai warehouse.
Terms and Conditions for Damaged or Lost Goods
Carrier Liability
The carrier is responsible for any goods that are damaged or lost due to its actions. Responsibility is categorized into two cases:

Non-insured Shipments: The carrier will compensate based on the actual purchase price of the goods, but the amount will not exceed three times the shipping cost of the affected goods. For example, if one out of five bags is lost and the total shipping cost is 2,000 THB, the carrier will cover the actual purchase price of the lost goods up to a maximum of 1,200 THB.

Insured Shipments: The carrier will compensate based on the insured value of the goods.
Reporting Damage or Loss:
Customers must report any damage or loss in writing on the delivery receipt at the point of delivery. This must be done on the day the goods are received. The report should include photographs of the incomplete or damaged packaging or goods, along with proof of the purchase price.
Deduction of Damages from the Bill:
The carrier reserves the right to prevent customers from deducting damage costs from the shipping fees on the delivery bill until the damage costs have been confirmed by the carrier.
Exclusions of Liability:
The carrier will not be liable for damages or losses in the following cases:
- Goods that are prohibited, illegal, or violate customs regulations.
- Damage caused by inadequate or unsuitable packaging for the goods and transportation.
- Goods that naturally deteriorate or are inherently fragile, such as valuable documents, items that are easily broken, glassware, mirrors, jewels, precious metals, gemstones, pearls, hazardous materials, artworks, antiques, living organisms, or any type of food and beverage.
Terms and Conditions for Receiving/Delivering Goods in Thailand
Collecting Goods at the Thai Warehouse :
When collecting goods at the Thai warehouse, recipients must present official identification. If authorizing someone else to collect the goods on their behalf, an authorization letter along with the representative’s national ID card is required.
Signing for Goods :
Before signing for the goods, it is essential to inspect the condition of the boxes or items to ensure everything is in order.
Consignment Delivery :
If the carrier is entrusted with delivery, the goods will be dispatched to the final recipient or forwarded within 1-2 business days from the date payment for the goods/services is confirmed by the customer.
The terms and conditions outlined in this article establish a clear understanding and an efficient process for importing goods from China to Thailand. They provide comprehensive guidelines that both carriers and customers need to follow to ensure smooth logistics operations. By adhering to these terms, both parties can facilitate a seamless international trade process, minimizing potential misunderstandings and disputes. This framework not only supports the logistical requirements but also enhances the overall efficiency of the import operations, making it a vital resource for successful international commerce between China and Thailand.
