Product Ordering and Shipping Costs

This document outlines the costs you must pay for ordering and importing products from China to Thailand.

1. Product Cost (Exchange Rate)

The cost of the products is based on the current exchange rate of vipcargo88, which can be checked daily on our website.

2. Domestic Shipping Costs in China

Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight after receiving the goods from the supplier. Typically, this ranges from 6 to 12 yuan per kilogram, depending on the distance to Guangzhou. Free shipping might be available for large orders from some stores!

3. Services Fee

There is a service charge of 10 yuan per supplier.

4. Import/Shipping Costs

International shipping costs from China to Thailand are based on the actual weight or volumetric size of the products.

5. Domestic Shipping Costs in Thailand

• VIPCARGO88 Warehouse Trucks (Covered pickup trucks)
  • For Bangkok and some surrounding areas: A flat rate of 500 THB per delivery, which includes unloading at the drop-off point (additional fees for labor like carrying upstairs, using an elevator, or entering narrow alleys are not included).
    
    
• Private Courier or Express Delivery for Other Provinces:
  • Shipping cost of 500 THB per delivery, with additional real shipping costs calculated at the destination.
    
    
• Thailand Post EMS or FLASH EXPRESS: 
  • A packing fee of 50 THB, with shipping costs as per the actual rates of Thailand Post EMS or FLASH EXPRESS.
    
    
• Large Item Delivery that cannot be handled by VIPCARGO88 trucks:
  • Services include arranging for truck and crane hire, with costs estimated beforehand.

Special Promotion! Free shipping by VIPCARGO88 warehouse trucks within Bangkok and its vicinity for import costs exceeding 5,000 THB per delivery (for distances no more than 50 kilometers).

Land Transport (by truck): Transit time 4 - 5 days

Sea Transport (by ship): Transit time 15 - 20 days

Pricing Unit: Thai Baht / CBM. Calculated based on actual space used, not fixed per cubic meter, with a minimum of 0.01 CBM.

Pricing Unit: Thai Baht / Kg. Calculated based on actual weight, to two decimal places.

Yiwu Warehouse

Land Transport (by truck): Transit time 5 - 7 days

Sea Transport (by ship): Transit time 20 - 25 days

Pricing Unit: Thai Baht / CBM. Calculated based on actual space used, not fixed per cubic meter, with a minimum of 0.01 CBM.

Pricing Unit: Thai Baht / Kg. Calculated based on actual weight, to two decimal places.

Note:

• The choice between using CBM or Kg rates depends on the greater of the product's dimensions or weight.
• The smallest unit for calculating shipping costs is 0.01 CBM per package (rounded to two decimal places: amounts over 0.5 are rounded up, and those below 0.49 are rounded down).
• Prices do not include a 7% value-added tax (VAT).
